Sonu Sood was taken by surprise yesterday when personnel from the Income Tax (I-T) department came knocking at his door. It was being said that Sood’s properties were being surveyed by the I-T department while many insiders termed it a raid. The allegation for such a step is serious in nature as reportedly the books may have been tampered with. As many as six of his properties including houses and offices were being searched till late night. Some fans also gave it a political angle saying since the actor had recently become the brand ambassador of an initiative by the Aam Aadmi Party in the state of Delhi, the central government played vendetta politics against Sonu.
