Bhumi Pednekar has joined hands with Anubhav Sinha to feature in the writer-director’s next, ‘Bheed’. The film also stars Rajkummar Rao. ‘Bheed’ is said to be a social drama, a-la Sinha’s earlier films like ‘Thappad’ and ‘Article 15’. Although this is Bhumi’s first film with Anubhav Sinha, it is her second with Rajkummar Rao. The duo has worked together in ‘Badhaai Do’ which is yet to release. Bhumi recently wrapped-up ‘Raksha Bandhan’ with Akshay Kumar whereas Sinha has finished working on ‘Anek’ starring Ayushmann Khurrana. The director was recently scouting locations in the North to begin shooting for ‘Bheed’. The film is supposed to go on the floors this November.
