The Kabir Khan directed ‘83’ is getting rave reviews and decent collections since it release on December 24th. The multi-starrer which includes Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Pankaj Tripathi opened to Rs 12.64 crore collection in India. Lucky for the makers that the film’s scoreboard kept mounting through the weekend. On Saturday, which was Christmas day, ‘83’ collected Rs 16.95 crore at the box office. Sunday saw an even higher intake of Rs 17.41 crore at the ticket windows. ‘83’ garnered Rs 47 crore at the box office in just three days of its release. Combine this with its overseas collection and the feel good sports drama may touch around Rs 65 crore nett collection in just three days.
