If this turns out to be true then Farhan Akhtar, as a filmmaker has won the race against many others. The news coming out of Bollywood is that Farhan has roped in newlyweds Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif for his upcoming film ‘Jee Le Zaraa’. Farhan had announced the film which is a road trip, with a casting coup of sorts featuring Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, “Did someone say road trip? Thrilled to announce my next film as director and what better day than 20 years of ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ to do it? ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ will commence filming in 2022 and I cannot wait to get this show on the road.” While Katrina was already cast, Vicky Kaushal could be the latest addition to this trio, making the couple’s first film together after their marriage.
