Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and the team of ‘Adipurush’ have some legal trouble to deal with. A case is reportedly filed against five, including Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and director-producer Om Raut, by advocate Himanshu Srivastava. The charge is ‘indecent depiction of Lord Ram, Sita, Hanuman and Ravana in the film’s teaser which is hurting religious sentiments’. Jaunpur’s Judicial Magistrate Ashutosh Singh has admitted the case, who has fixed October 27th as the date for the statement of the complainant. The story of ‘Adipurush’ revolves around the Indian mythology Ramayana, where Prabhas plays Lord Rama, Saif Ali Khan as Ravana, Kriti Sanon is Sita and Sunny Singh plays Lakshman. The film is slated to release on January 12th 2023.
