Kriti Sanon will soon be seen in the magnum opus, ‘Adipurush’, where she will portray the character of Janaki from the epic ‘Ramayana’. Kriti will be accompanied by Prabhas playing Raghav and Saif Ali Khan in the role of Lankesh (Ravan). The cast and crew launched the trailer of the film where Kriti got emotional and said, “I had goosebumps while watching the trailer because ‘Adipurush’ is not just a movie but much more than that. What we experienced while making this film was special. I have poured my heart and soul into Janaki. I had complete faith in the role but while shooting for the movie, I started learning more and more about this character. She is very pure, has a kind soul, a loving heart and a strong mind. Emotions were high. We are mere humans, forgive us if we have faltered.” The film was earlier mired with controversies, only to settle down now after the release of its trailer as fans have started liking the work done by director Om Raut.
