Shah Rukh Khan had a bit of a health scare when he injured himself on the sets of an undisclosed project. Reports state that Shah Rukh was on an outdoor shoot in Los Angeles when he injured himself on the nose. As soon as he started bleeding, the Badshah of Bollywood had to be rushed to a hospital nearby, where he was operated. Although it is reported that it was a minor surgery, Shah Rukh Khan seemed to have come out of the hospital with some stitches and a bandaged nose. After this accident, SRK is said to have immediately got the next plane back to India and is recuperating at his home in Mumbai. Shah Rukh or his team are yet to release any official statement.
