Karan Johar sang praises about Shah Rukh Khan, ‘Jawan’ and its director Atlee, after he watched the film. While Karan wrote a rather long note on his Instagram handle, SRK replied him in his own style. KJo wrote, “OMFG! I am late to this party! But what a party this is! Atlee hits it out of the stadium… it’s the kind of adrenalin-rush film with big emotion that Indian cinema embodies and this film perfects! I was blown away by the cinematic audacity of each frame! How good was everyone! Sanya Malhotra, Priya Mani Raj, so, so good! The entire ensemble! The gorgeous and fabulous Nayanthara. Vijay Sethupathi is so brilliant! I was mesmerised by Deepika Padukone, she brought so much gravitas to her part and owned it like a bonafide veteran! And what do I say about Shah Rukh Khan… he is not just an irreplaceable force of nature but represents mega stardom in a way that only he can! He’s the emperor and we bow down in admiration… if you haven’t seen ‘Jawan’ then you don’t know what you’re missing out on! Juggernaut alert!” After his praising got over, Shah Rukh Khan replied to his best friend Karan Johar in the latter’s own way. Shah Rukh commented, “Karan, I am thrilled that you liked the film. And of course, the trailer… all the ‘century’ things you said. Ha ha. Atlee and his full team have genuinely catered to what the audience feels and thinks. They made them abandon everything and come and fall in love with themselves. Audience is the Emperor! Love you!”
