Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of the state government of Odisha has stated that Bollywood actor Govinda will be questioned regarding the 1,000 crore ponzi scheme allegedly turned out to be a scam. Being at such a larger level, the alleged scam ran across India. The reports say that Govinda is neither a suspect nor an accused as per EOW. The actor may turn witness going ahead, after the questioning. A company by the name of Solar Techno Alliance (STA-Token), dealing in the garb of crypto investment was illegally operating a pyramid-structured under the scam. Govinda, it is alleged promoted this firm by featuring in their videos. He also attended a mega event by the company in July this year which was organized in Goa.
