Alia Bhatt takes the lead in Yash Raj Films’ (YRF’s) groundbreaking venture into the Spy Universe. Sharing the spotlight is emerging talent Sharvari Wagh, a homegrown star from the YRF stable. Together, they embody super-agents poised to redefine the genre where they are heralded as the dominant forces in this cinematic realm. The duo’s upcoming film titled ‘Alpha’ signals a bold statement challenging the misconception that only men can be alphas. In a revealing video, Alia Bhatt declares, “‘Greek alphabet ka sabse pehla akshar aur humare programme ka motto… sabse pehle, sabse tez, sabse veer. Dhyaan se dekho toh har sheher mein ek jungle hai. Aur jungle mein hamesha Raj karega… Alpha’!” With director Shiv Rawail at the helm, known for the hit global series ‘The Railway Men’, this will be another Spy Universe film in the series of ‘Tiger’, ‘War’ and ‘Pathaan’.
