‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ seems to be smashing all box office records for Indian cinema worldwide. The film starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna began on a moderate Rs 10.65 crore on Wednesday, but the next four days had a windfall for makers. Thursday saw Rs 164 crore for the film while Friday garnered another Rs 93 crore. The total India nett collection in five days could be Rs 569 crore out of which the Hindi version may stand at a good Rs 290 crore in four days as the Monday figures are still awaited. Combine this with the worldwide figure in all languages and ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ seems to be ruling at a whopping Rs 870 crore, overtaking all Indian films so far.
