At a lively event in Dubai’s Global Village, Shah Rukh Khan demonstrated that age is merely a state of mind. The charismatic ‘Jawan’ star captivated the audience with his energetic dance moves, soulful renditions of his popular songs and heartfelt interactions with fans. Despite approaching his 60th birthday, Shah Rukh confidently declared, “I feel as young as 30.” During his appearance, he also touched upon his upcoming film ‘King’ revealing a light-hearted yet firm warning from his director Siddharth Anand, who previously directed ‘Pathaan’. Shah Rukh shared, “I’m shooting in Mumbai after this. My director, Sidharth Anand is very strict. He made ‘Pathaan’. He said, ‘Don’t tell people about the film, what you are doing in it.’ So I can’t tell you but I can assure you it will entertain you and you will have fun.” This playful remark subtly confirmed that Sujoy Ghosh is not directing ‘King’ as previously speculated. Adding his trademark humor, Shah Rukh quipped, “I’ve used many titles… Now we have run out of titles… Now Shah Rukh Khan as Shah Rukh Khan in ‘King’. ‘Thoda show-off ho gaya’ (That was a bit of a show-off).” The film is also expected to feature his daughter, Suhana Khan in a prominent role.
