The romantic drama ‘Mere Raho’ featuring Junaid Khan alongside Sai Pallavi will now arrive in theatres during the summer of 2026 instead of its earlier December 2025 slot. The change in schedule is said to be influenced by Aamir Khan who has taken charge of the film’s publicity and release planning. With December already crowded by major titles including ‘Dhurandhar’, he opted to hold back his son’s project for a quieter window. Directed by Sunil Pandey, the film marks Junaid’s second outing on the big screen and introduces Sai Pallavi to Hindi cinema. Shot against the snowy backdrop of Sapporo in Japan, the story adapts the Thai film ‘One Day’. Although the editing and finishing touches were wrapped up months ago, audiences have yet to see any teasers or promotional clips. The production team is expected to confirm the precise release date closer to its launch, as Aamir deems fit.
