Authorities in Mumbai have placed Kamaal R Khan (KRK), widely recognised for his outspoken presence in the film industry under judicial custody after a troubling incident in Oshiwara. Investigators allege that Khan discharged several bullets at a residential complex earlier on January 18th, an act he reportedly acknowledged during police questioning. The weapon involved has since been seized. His case has moved through multiple stages of custody, beginning with police detention ordered by a Bandra court and later transitioning to judicial custody under the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate. While the proceedings continue and the next hearing date remains undecided, Khan’s legal team led by advocate Nagesh Mishra, has firmly rejected the police narrative, insisting that the accusations are unfounded. For now, Khan remains behind bars as the matter unfolds.
