The highly anticipated mythological epic Krishnavataram, inspired by the life and legacy of Lord Krishna, is all set for a grand theatrical release on 7th May 2026. The film marks the beginning of an epic trilogy on Lord krishna. A large-scale spectacle, the film has already garnered appreciation for its visually striking trailer and its impressive first song, Prem Ki Leela. Building on this momentum, the makers have now unveiled the album of the movie consisting of total nine melodious tracks.
The mesmerising lyrics of the songs are written by Irshad Kamil and composed by Prasad S. The album boasts a fantastic mix of songs like Shaymal Sanware which is a Maharaas sung by Neeti Mohan and Sonu Nigam. A high energy Garba song by Sunidhi Chauhan titled Krishna Govinda. The entire jukebox also has a wide range of devotional tracks titled Kunj Bihari, Mukhda Dikha Jaiyo, Anth Mein Aarambh, Shree Hari Stotram, Mann ki Dasha, and Shubh Din Aayo.
The makers have also unveiled the video of the track Shyamal Sanware which beautifully captures the playful, natkhat essence of Lord Krishna and his iconic leelas, symbolising pure love and innocent joy. The enchanting voices of Sonu Nigam and Neeti Mohan elevate the track into a truly spellbinding musical experience and soul stirring lyrics by Irshad Kamil. Choreographed by National Award winner, Kruti Mahesh, the song features Siddharth Gupta as Krishna and Sushmitha Bhat as Radha. Visually opulent and with spell bounding music, Shyamal Sanware stands out as a treat to our eyes .The chemistry between Krishna and Radha is captivating, while the dance sequences leave a lasting impression. Composed by Prasad S, the track is set to rule our playlists for a long time.
The album perfectly captures simplicity, devotion and emotions. Each song is instantly relatable, be it the themes that explores love, devotion, or celebration. Backed by a powerful line-up of singers, the album sets the tone beautifully ahead of its release.
Directed by Hardik Gajjar, Krishnavataram is presented and produced by Sajan Raj Kurup and Shobha Sant of Creativeland Studios Entertainment along with Poonam Shroff and Parth Gajjar of Athashrikatha Motion Pictures. Conceived as the first chapter of a three-part cinematic franchise, Krishnavataram is set for a worldwide theatrical release on 7th May 2026 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
