Vidya Balan earned a lot of accolades when she stepped into the character of Silk Smitha for the silver screen. The actress has now been offered yet another impactful biopic, that of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Vidya said, “I have been offered the biopic and I have always said that I would love to play Indira Gandhi.” However, there seems to be a glitch in this ambitious film. “The filmmakers need to get the right permissions for the biopic. We cannot make a film without getting the permission from the people concerned,” added Vidya.
