Aamir Khan revealed his next project, a remake of Oscar-winning Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’, which swept the Academy Awards away in 1995. “My next film is titled ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ and is adapted from Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’. I am playing the lead role. The rest of the cast is not decided yet. We have started the preparation. We will begin shooting in October,” reveals Aamir. The film will be jointly produced by Viacom18 and Aamir Khan productions. The rights have been bought from the original production house Paramount Pictures. The flick will be directed by Advait Chandan of the ‘Secret Superstar’ fame.
