Aamir Khan, who is working fiercely on a project close to his heart, the ‘Mahabharat’ adaptation, will not just produce it but also co-direct it. Mr Perfectionist is planning to play Lord Krishna in the trilogy and will also call the shots on his pet project along with Advait Chandan, the director of ‘Secret Superstar’. Keeping in mind the scale at which he wants to make it, the magnum opus will be divided over three projects, shot at one go. Visual effects for the epic will be worked upon at a later date and the release will be decided over the next decade.
