Aamir Khan and his films are not immune to lockdown delays. Though Aamir’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ was scheduled to release this Christmas, December 25th, it could be pushed to next year! Aamir and Kareena Kapoor Khan were on an outdoor shoot filming just when the coronavirus outbreak struck. The nation went into lockdown and the stars made their way back home from Amritsar, Punjab, just in the nick of time. All shoots and production work are now on hold until further notice. Moreover, the shutdown was extended from April 14th to May 3rd. With many portions still left to shoot and knowing Aamir’s reputation as a perfectionist, it looks difficult to make the December 25th deadline.
