As Aamir Khan and his team are inching towards the release of their upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha, everyone’s curiosity is increasing day by day. Adding fuel to the fire, today Aamir Khan released a song from the film. Titled ‘Kahani’, the star interestingly released only the audio track created by music director Pritam and avoided releasing the video. On the occasion, Aamir says, “I truly believe that the songs in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ are the soul of the film and this album has some of my career’s best numbers. It was a very intentional decision to put Pritam, Amitabh, the singers and technicians in the spotlight because not only do they deserve to be on the centre-stage but also the music deserves its due credit.” On the other hand, Pritam praised Aamir for his generosity. “Aamir Khan is a hero both onscreen and off it. He understands that music needs to be under the spotlight at times and has allowed it to take centre-stage in his films,” says Pritam. ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is set to release in August this year.
