‘Sarbjit’, a heart-wrenching story of an Indian national caught and jailed in Pakistan prison is gearing up for release in Bollywood. Letting go of her celeb status, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has had a tough time playing the role of Sarabjit’s sister, Dalbir Kaur on the silver screen. “The journey is very intense and emotional. It is difficult to relay it in a few words,” describes Aishwarya. The actress has undergone a complete image change, going de-glam and adorning an elderly look. ‘Sarbjit’ is directed by Omung Kumar and as Bollywood waits for the film with bated breath, it is set to release in March this year.
