Ajay Devgn has ventured into regional cinema and has announced his first Marathi film, ‘Aapla Manus’, meaning Our Man when literally translated in English. The film will star Nana Patekar as well as Sumeet Raghavan and Irawati Harshe in important roles. ‘Aapla Manus’ will be directed by Satish Rajwade, who has worked on Marathi projects like ‘Ti Saddhya Kay Karte’ and ‘Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai 2’. Devgn is not the only Bollywood star to have tapped the regional chatter. Actors like Riteish Deshmukh, Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham too are wooing the Marathi audiences with their respective regional films.
