Akshay Kumar attended the launch of a Marathi film and couldn’t stop praising the regional industry. “Marathi industry is a bigger industry than Hindi cinema. We have a big budget and make profit of around 60 percent. Marathi films have a budget of 2-7 crores but their profit margin is 200-300 percent more,” said Khiladi Kumar. The actor went on to state that he plans to remake several Marathi movies into Hindi. Akshay added, “Marathi cinema’s way of thinking is much ahead than Hindi’s at the moment. I have taken rights of Marathi films to make it in Hindi.”
