Alia Bhatt has a large heart. According to reports, Alia has purchased a huge 2,497 square feet flat in Pali Hill, one of the posh suburbs of Mumbai. The deal is registered through her production house Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd. The actress seems to have paid Rs 2.26 crore towards the stamp duty registration of this place. In yet another purchase, Alia gifted her sister Shaheen Bhatt two apartments in the Juhu area of Mumbai, another upmarket suburb. The value of these two apartments is pegged at Rs 7.68 crore as per the current market rate. The flats are spread over 2,086 square feet and are located at Gigi Apartments.
