Bollywood is under lockdown with shoots being cancelled and film releases being delayed. However new projects continue to make headlines. The release of Katrina Kaif’s ‘Sooryavanshi’ has been postponed indefinitely, but the actress has moved on to her next venture which will be helmed by Vikas Bahl. The film is reportedly titled ‘Deadly’ and will be a slice-of-life drama which revolves around a funeral narrative. Amitabh Bachchan has been approached to essay Katrina’s father but the veteran actor is yet to green light the venture. The team of ‘Deadly’ was to begin shooting in May, however due to the coronavirus outbreak, it has been delayed. Interestingly, Katrina had marked her Bollywood debut alongside Big B in the 2003 film ‘Boom’.
