Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan meets his fans at his bungalow Jalsa in Juhu, suburban Mumbai every Sunday. It has almost become a ritual of sorts for the past 37 long years! This Sunday though was a little different though, and no wonder that it became such a big news. Despite senior Bachchan being in Mumbai, he couldn’t meet and greet fans as his health didn’t permit him to do so. He announced the calling off of the gathering on Twitter, saying, “All EF and well-wishers, I am not doing the Sunday meet at Jalsa gate this evening.” The Bachchan family likes to address their fans as extended family and often uses EF as the short-form for the same.
