Amitabh Bachchan’s meet and greet at his bungalow Jalsa was a super-hit affair with the public. Before coronavirus hit the world and subsequent lockdowns with social and physical distancing in place, Bachchan Senior would appear in front of the people on a raised platform from inside his bungalow. The gates were thrown open and his fans could see their fav star of the millennium live from a distance. The craze and frenzy was such that the roads leading to his place on Sunday mornings were almost blocked for the traffic as people thronged his place. While Bachchan stopped appearing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he may soon restart the same. Talking about it, Big B says, “Perhaps the Sunday meets at the Jalsa gate on the Sunday are to be revived, albeit with given precautions.” If this turns out to be true then it would be a pleasant surprise for Amitabh Bachchan’s fans.
