Early last month Amitabh Bachchan had informed fans that he had suffered a rib injury while shooting for ‘Project K’ in Hyderabad. After undergoing treatment there, the actor was flown down to Mumbai for recuperation. Nearly a month later, Big B has returned to the sets. On Wednesday, Amitabh Bachchan turned up on the sets of an advertisement shoot, looking dapper in a beige suit. Previously, Big B kept his date with his fans on Sunday with a homemade sling supporting his right hand. While shooting for an action sequence, Bachchan had revealed that his “rib cartilage popped broke” and there was a “muscle tear to the right rib cage”. Directed by Nag Ashwin, ‘Project K’ is touted as a pan-India movie starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in the lead, apart from Amitabh Bachchan.
