Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday will soon be seen opposite each other in ‘Dream Girl 2’. The comedy film is a sequel to the comic-caper ‘Dream Girl’, which released in 2019 and became a superhit at the box office. Though the age difference in Bollywood films is a known phenomenon, fans’ approval or disapproval of the same can sometimes tip the scales. Being aware of the 14-year difference between Ayushmann and her, Ananya says, “This is not the issue of today. The age gap has always been there. People should not think about the age when watching the film, else it’s a problem. ‘Agar do log character mein suit hote hain, toh it’s alright’.” While trailer of ‘Dream Girl 2’ just released, the film is scheduled to hit the screens on August 25th.
