Anil Kapoor and Sridevi were a part of the iconic Bollywood film, ‘Mr India’. While a lot of rumours are rife about a sequel to the same, Anil Kapoor revealed his true plans of signing the movie. The actor said, “At that time, my high was that Javed Saab was writing the film, Boney Kapoor was making the film and Sridevi, the biggest and best actress of our country, was a part of the film. Acting opposite Sridevi was always a dream for me and I knew that it would be very beneficial for me to work with her. I knew that I would also become an A-list actor after working with her.” ‘Mr India’ released in 1987, and the rest, as they say, is history.
