Anupam Kher will have to bid adieu to the US medical drama series ‘New Amsterdam’ season 3. After his wife Kirron Kher was detected with blood cancer, it is reported that Anupam Kher will be shown resigning from the Bellevue Hospital in coming episodes. With that, it will be the end of the journey for Dr Vijay Kapoor, the character played by Kher. It is yet unknown whether he will return to the series in the future. In the meantime, Anupam will return home to be with his wife.
