On Aamir Khan’s special request, Akshay Kumar has changed the release date of his upcoming ‘Bachchan Pandey’ which was scheduled to hit the screens during Christmas 2020. Aamir is known to release his films during that time, but his ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is moving at a slow pace. Hence he requested Akki and producer Sajid Nadiadwala to move their film and they obliged. “Sometimes all it takes is one conversation. Thank you to my friends Akshay Kumar and Sajid Nadiadwala for their warm gesture of moving the release date of their film ‘Bachchan Pandey’ at my request. I wish them the very best for their film. Looking forward to it. Love,” said Aamir. ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is a remake of the Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’.
