Karan Sharma’s debut film ‘Bhool Chuk Maaf’ is gaining momentum at the box office despite a limited theatrical run. Featuring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, the romantic comedy has been steadily growing in earnings since its Friday release. It opened with Rs 7.20 crore, climbed to Rs 9.81 crore on Saturday and peaked at Rs 11.25 crore on Sunday. The three-day total now stands at Rs 28.71 crore surpassing initial expectations. If the film maintains its pace on Monday it could cross Rs 30 crore cementing its success. Strong word-of-mouth and audience curiosity have contributed to its rise, making it one of the more promising releases of the season. Sharma’s directorial debut despite mixed reviews is proving to be a crowd-pleaser with a solid financial trajectory.
