Karan Johar announced that the first part of his ambitious ‘Brahmastra’ series will hit the marquee during Christmas 2019. Touted to be a super-hero film, ‘Brahmastra’ was to release during August next year, but buzz suggests that KJo’s Dharma Productions and director Ayan Mukerji want to give the project enough time in post-production and visual effects to craft top of the line product. The film, thus, has been postponed. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will play lovers in the flick, which interestingly got them together in real life too. Amitabh Bachchan portrays an important role in ‘Brahmastra’, which has been extensively shot in Bulgaria.
