Saif’s character in Akshat Verma directed ‘Kalakandi’ is that of a cancer patient who decides to enjoy life to the fullest after realising that he suffers from a life threatening disease. Akshat Verma, who had written ‘Delhi Belly’ will have three story tracks in ‘Kalakandi’ which cross paths at some point. The film also stars Kunaal Roy Kapur, Vijay Raaz and Deepak Dobriyal. ‘KalaKandi’ is expected to release in May this year.
