Despite not having any good films to boast of recently, ’90s hit Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel is in the news. And for all the wrong reasons! A businessman with the name Ajay Kumar Singh has filed a case on Ameesha for conning him of Rs 2.5 crore. The story goes thus. Ameesha was to pump in the money received from Singh in the making and publicity of ‘Desi Magic’, her upcoming film. She was to return the entire money after successfully making and releasing the flick. According to reports, where Singh has spoken, the cheques, amounting to Rs 3 crore given by the actress, bounced. The case is filed in a lower court in Ranchi. In the meantime, Ameesha is yet to speak on the alleged fraud.
