‘Badhaai Ho’, the quirky story around pregnancy, has emerged as the hero at the box office, touching the Rs 50 crore mark in just five days. Ayushmann Khurrana, Sanya Malhotra and Neena Gupta-starrer ‘Badhaai Ho’ was made on an estimated budget of Rs 22 crore and has raked in Rs 7.35 crore on Thursday, 11.85 crore on Friday, 12.80 crore on Saturday, 13.70 crore on Sunday and another Rs 5.65 crore on Monday. With this, the film stands at an impressive total of Rs 51.35 crore and is expected to dominate the box office till Diwali, when ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ will hit the screens.
