On February 17th, veteran writer Salim Khan, father of Salman Khan was taken to the hospital sparking a wave of speculation about his health. Reports quickly circulated suggesting issues like high blood pressure and breathing difficulties until Lilavati Hospital’s Dr Jalil Parkar clarified that Salim Khan had experienced a minor haemorrhage and was admitted to the ICU then placed on a ventilator. He later underwent a DSA procedure that stabilized his condition. Offering reassurance, Daisy Shah who is Salman’s long-time friend and ‘Race 3’ co-star said, “I couldn’t meet Salim sir, but I am constantly in touch with Salman sir and his family. Salim Sir is fine now. He is stable. The surgery went well, it was a success and he is under observation, but he is out of danger.” Daisy, who began her Bollywood journey in 2014 with ‘Jai Ho’ alongside Salman, continues to share a close bond with him and his family.
