Deepika Padukone may be making her way to success but her first director Farah Khan has something different to say about the actress. Farah had cast Deepika in ‘Om Shanti Om’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Sharing her experience, the filmmaker says, “Deepika was rather raw and just looked beautiful. She had a very expressive face but her dialogue delivery was very bad. She had a very Karnataka accent. So we had to dub a lot of her scenes because it just sounded very bad. But now she has modulated her voice very well. It’s the most difficult thing to do, to change the way you speak.” Deepika is currently shooting for her Hollywood debut ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’.
