Ranveer Singh was showered with praise by fans for his cop avatar in ‘Simmba’. The newlywed actor’s wife Deepika Padukone did a quick review for the film. Ranveer reveals, “Deepika doesn’t react much to everything in life. She saw a few rushes of the film on my birthday. And as soon as the screen went off, she looked at me and said, ‘You are looking hot’.” Directed by Rohit Shetty, ‘Simmba’ features a cameo by Ajay Devgn and has a connection with Ajay and Rohit’s previous cop franchise ‘Singham’. ‘Simmba’ also stars Sara Ali Khan and is scheduled to hit the screens on December 28.
