Deepika Padukone will turn a year older on January 5th and the actress has planned no grand birthday bash. Toeing the line instead with her upcoming release ‘Chhapaak’, she will ring in her birthday in the company of acid attack survivors. Deepika plays the role of real life survivor and activist Laxmi Agarwal in the film. Hence she has decided to spend her birthday in their company. She will be travelling to a café in Lucknow run by acid attack survivors. Some victims from the neighbouring cities will also join in the celebrations. Deepika is currently on a promotional tour and will travel to Delhi after her Lucknow visit. ‘Chhapaak’ is slated for a January 10 release.
