Cannes Film Festival 2022 is making all the right noises as one of the most prestigious events in the world takes place in France. It’s even more exciting when the Indian delegation comprising of Deepika Padukone, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Shekhar Kapur, R Madhavan, Kamal Haasan, Pooja Hegde and others are accompanying the government. Akshay Kumar had to skip the event as he tested positive for Covid-19. Deepika, who has been a jury member at the Cannes Film Festival, sashayed down the red carpet which in itself is considered an achievement the world over. Looking all glitzy and glamorous at the 75th Festival De Cannes, Deepika wore a golden-black shimmery saree designed by none other than Sabyasachi. The Bollywood diva was at her best showing off a retro look in the saree. Some Bollywood celebs have just reached the event and many others are landing at the airport to head straight to the festival.
