Dia Mirza, Ratna Pathak Shah, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanjana Sanghi achieved a feat which most can’t even think of. The four ladies hit the road on bikes to Khardung La, the highest motorable pass in the world. What’s more? The actresses did this all the way from Delhi. Dia, Ratna, Fatima and Sanjana will soon be seen in the film ‘Dhak Dhak’. And to shoot for the same, the entire unit of the movie travelled to this pass in temperatures ranging from 48 degrees Celsius to -2! Talking about this exhilarating journey, Dia says, “The most memorable instance for us as artistes on this film was making it to the Khardung La pass! It holds such deep significance to each of our characters in the story and each one of us felt it.” Fatima too couldn’t contain her excitement, “I was the most excited about this schedule as I love going on bike rides. But this journey pushed my limits, personally and as an actor.” Directed by Tarun Dudeja, ‘Dhak Dhak’ is scheduled to be released in 2023.
