Dilip Kumar returned home yesterday after a sever health scare. The veteran actor was treated at the Lilavati Hospital for dehydration and kidney malfunction and was admitted to the ICU last week. Dilip Kumar’s wife Saira Banu stayed by his side all the time. She thanked all the fans and well-wishers praying for Dilip Kumar’s speedy recovery, “My gratitude to fans and friends for prayers, doctors for expert treatment, hospital staff and (Dilip) saab’s personal attendants for all the care.” In 2016, Dilip Kumar celebrated his birthday in the hospital while he was being treated for swelling in his leg.
