All of B-town is singing praises with the news of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee being awarded the prestigious Bharat Ratna. Actress Esha Gupta apparently had a very starry introduction to the stalwart. She reminisces, “We have family relations with Atalji. My nana (mother’s father) and Atalji were roommates. I have only met him once, when he was the Prime Minister. I was very small at that time and it was different high for me.” Congratulating him, Esha added, “It is a celebration for us too. He really did well for the country. I think it was one of the best times. Many congratulations to him.”
