The Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Fighter’ has emerged just that at the box office. The film opened to a good Rs 25 crore at the ticket windows when it released on Thursday, January 25th. Taking wings on the long weekend due to a national holiday, ‘Fighter’ collected another Rs 41 crore and Rs 28 crore on Friday and Saturday respectively. Sunday remained marginally better than its previous day as ‘Fighter’ bagged another Rs 30 crore in its kitty. While some industry estimates say that the film has grossed Rs 199.93 crore at the worldwide box office, other figures talk about Rs 208 crore. Taking an average of the two, it can safely be assumed that ‘Fighter’ remains in the league of Rs 200 crore in just 4 days of its release. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand and also features Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi.
