An FIR has been registered against Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui for allegedly misbehaving with a woman, residing in the same building as the actor’s. The complaint was registered at the Versova police station, under section 354 of Indian Penal Code. The woman has apparently accused the actor of assaulting her in an argument over parking space in their society, located at Yari Road in suburban Mumbai. Nawazuddin Siddiqui was apparently asked to vacate a specific parking area and was also given a notice for the same, however an argument broke-out, followed by the actor being accused of misbehaving with the lady complainant. While the actor’s manager has denied the charges on his behalf, Nawazuddin made a visit today to the Versova police station to record his statement in the physical assault case.
