Akshay Kumar’s sports film ‘Gold’ was to hit the screens on Independence Day this year, however the team still has a lot of work to wind up. According to trade buzz, the film could well be postponed from August 15. Buzz is that producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani are looking out for another good Friday later this year. Directed by Reema Kagti, ‘Gold’ will mark the debut of TV actress Mouni Roy. Interestingly, if ‘Gold’ is indeed pushed forward, it would make things easier for John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee’s suspense thriller ‘Satyameva Jayate’.
