Gora Gora Rang: A Tribute to Late Labh Janjua ft. Notorious Jatt


E3UK Records are proud to present the brand new single by the late, great Labh Janjua! Titled ‘Gora Gora Rang’ – the song has been produced by Notorious JATT and is releasing on Thursday 17th December worldwide.

The Punjabi music industry and the world of Bollywood was left in a state of shock at the death of Labh Janjua at his Mumbai residence on 22nd October 2015. His passing sent shock waves across the Punjabi and Bollywood entertainment spectrum, with Labh Janjua having had one of the most iconic voices of our time.

Labh Janjua was one of the most recognised Punjabi and Bollywood playback voices of his generation. He will be remembered as the man behind the vocals of the internationally acclaimed worldwide smash ‘Mundian Tu Bach Ke’ (Beware of the Boys).

Labh Janjua’s vocals have been played in every corner of the planet. Not merely content with creating Bhangra anthems, Labh Janjua firmly left his imprint in Bollywood, with signature hits such as ‘Soni De Nakhre’ (Partner), ‘Jee Karda’ (Singh is King) and ‘London Tumkakda’ (Queen).

Labh Janjua will go down as an E3UK Records legend. the label are shortly to release his last ever new bhangra album.

Speaking on the unfortunate events, E3UK stated;

‘We worked in collaboration with Labh Janjua for many years, and now and after a short break we are in final preparations to release his final, long-awaited album for his army of fans across the globe.  Labh put his heart and soul into this album and he, above everybody wanted it to be perfect before releasing it. His death was a huge shock to us, and we will miss his energy and warm personality in the studio. We owe him and his family a duty in releasing his new work, so his voice will continue to live on forever’.

The single ‘Gora Gora Rang’ is the first song from the posthumous album by Labh Janjua . It has been produced by the inimitable Notorious JATT.
