Kangana Ranaut-starrer ‘Simran’ hit the screens last Friday and following the low score at the ticket windows, speculations were rife that the director Hansal Mehta had deleted his verified account on Twitter. Clarifying the same, he shared on the social networking site, “Since so many people are speculating about me deleting my Twitter account, here I am.” As for the average reviews ‘Simran’ received, he said, “I am thankful for both, the love and the criticism, coming our way. ‘Simran’ is an unconventional film about an unusual character. I’m very proud of it.” The film has made Rs 10.63 crore in four days of its release.
